- Build RAR to be a
pre-eminent voice for refugees in rural and regional Australia.
- Develop and maintain
key political and sector relationships to help progress the influence of
RAR member groups.
- Maintain and foster
the community based ‘grass roots’ nature of the RAR network.
- Ensure high standards
of administration, accountability and transparency in the operation of the
national structure.
- Build a solid base to
resource activities.

governance, finance and risk, volunteers, fundraising, campaigning and
advocacy, communication within the committee and with members, external
relationships, project management.
